This module will primarily focus upon gaining the skills and knowledge that provide the abilities to scan the near and far influential factors placed upon a business using tools and models that include SWOT and PESTLE. You will practically apply your skills developed to creating your own SWOT and PESTLE for your organisation and analysing the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats whilst determining the Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal and Environmental aspects.
