Off-the-Job Training Requirements
A critical aspect of the apprenticeship structure at JC Training & Consultancy is the requirement for off-the-job training. Apprentices must dedicate at least 20% of their working hours to off-the-job training, which translates to a minimum of 6 hours per week for full-time apprentices (those working over 30 hours per week). This training is essential for gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for achieving occupational competence
Off-the-Job Training Activities May Include:
